Last week, the Green Bay Packers opened the 2022 season in an underwhelming fashion, falling to the Minnesota Vikings.
Running back Aaron Jones was one of many Packers who struggled in the season opener, rushing for just 49 yards in Green Bay's loss to the Vikings.
However, it was a different story for Jones and the Packers Sunday night against the Chicago Bears.
Green Bay dominated their division rival, 27-10, behind a strong effort from Jones. The 27-year-old finished with 170 total yards and two touchdowns, helping the Packers earn their first win of the season.
After the game, reigning MVP Aaron Rodgers praised his running back, calling him an 'absolute stud.'

"He's an absolute stud. He's one of the toughest guys in the NFL... He's a hell of a guy. Hell of a person. Love having him around." pic.twitter.com/lfXNlaxWos
Jones rushed for 132 yards off 15 carries on the ground with a touchdown. He was just as impactful through the air, grabbing three receptions for 38 yards while catching Rodgers' 450th career touchdown pass late in the second quarter.
Meanwhile, Rodgers also pulled his weight on Sunday night. The reigning back-to-back MVP went 19-of-25 for 234 yards and two touchdowns.
The Packers will look to improve to 2-1 on the season next week when they travel south to take on Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
